INGREDIENTS

2 cooked beets

1 cup raspberries (frozen if not in season)

Juice of 1 grapefruit 2 bottles of fermented pea vegan drinkable probiotics (raspberry flavour)

150 g silken tofu

¼ cup rolled oats

1 banana

A few ice cubes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

2. Serve immediately
