A simple and delicious way to incorporate probiotics into your summer routine. _______ MAKES 1 LARGE GLASS (OR 2 SMALL ONES) INGREDIENTS 1 ripe Ataulfo mango, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks 2 tbsp orange juice ½ tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp whipping cream 1 Bio-K+ Vegan Probiotic Drink Mango flavor 4 tsp maple syrup A few ice cubes, to taste Coconut water, to taste PREPARATION In a small blender, blend the mango, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the contents of the blender into a large glass (or divide between two small glasses). In a bowl, add the whipping cream, the probiotic drink and the maple syrup. Using a small handheld electric milk frother, aerate the mixture until it reaches a whipped cream texture. Set aside. In the large glass (or the two small glasses), add the ice cubes to the mango purée, then pour in the coconut water. Gently top with the probiotic whipped cream. Stir and enjoy immediately.
