    Whether you are a fan of football or not, the Super Bowl remains a must-see event year after year. And the tradition is, that we fill up with fatty, salty, caloric foods to the detriment of the health of our intestinal flora. How are we thanked afterwards? By intestinal troubles! So this year, why not try to introduce some good bacteria to your Super Bowl meal?     Ingredients:

    1 Original Bio-K+ bottle

    250g creamy cheese

    250g sour cream

    2 tbs fresh chopped chives

    Topping: For full of taste, add diced tomatoes, green onion, pepper and/or grated cheese. There is no limit to enhance your taste buds!

    Instruction:

    Mix all ingredients together, spread the mixture into a large shallow dish and add the toppings you prefer, it can’t be simpler! Serve with your favourite veggies or chips!
