Apple and matcha tea green smoothie

Ideal after a workout, it rehydrates, refreshes your energy and provides the nutrients you need for fast recovery!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 bottle of Bio-K+ vanilla
  • ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp. matcha tea powder
  • ½ cup water or coconut water
  • Optional: 1 serving of your favourite protein powder

METHOD
